Also einmal quer durch Peru. In Stunden gerechnet, ergibt das schlappe 35 Stunden Busfahrt. Freude! &#8230;nicht! \u00dcber unsere Erlebnisse im Bus kommt irgendwann nochmal ein eigener Blogbeitrag, da dies nicht so einfach und kurz zusammenzufassen geht! \ud83d\ude00 Nun gut, nach 35 Stunden sind wir am fr\u00fchen Morgen endlich gut in der Hauptstadt Perus angekommen. Wir freuten uns sehr die zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte, in einer W\u00fcste erbauten Stadt zu erkunden!<\/p>\n<p>Angekommen in Lima schlenderten wir am ersten Tag durch die wundersch\u00f6nen Stadtteile Mira Flores &amp; Barranco. Dort trafen wir uns mit James &#8211; dem Amerikaner, der auch mit uns den Salkantay Trek gelaufen war. Die Stadtteile lagen direkt an der Pazifikk\u00fcste und waren sehr gepflegt mit vielen Gr\u00fcnanlagen, Restaurants und L\u00e4den. Ein toller Ort zum Urlaub machen! So f\u00fchlte sich der Tag auch an &#8211; wie Urlaub. Wir waren ganz froh, mal nicht so abenteuerlich unterwegs zu sein, sondern einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Fun Fakt: Wir wurden mindestens 10 Mal darauf hingewiesen, dass unsere Schuhe dreckig sind &#8211; obwohl diese recht sauber waren! \ud83d\ude00 Warum? auch hier gibt es wieder Stra\u00dfenkunst an jeder Ecke! \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div><div id=\"panel-3208-0-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"2\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Die peruanische K\u00fcche<\/h3>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p>An einem Abend nahmen wir an einer vierst\u00fcndigen Verkostungstour durch Lima teil. Wir machten an acht unterschiedlichen Stationen Halt und konnten neben den zahlreichen Verkostungen auch bei der Zubereitung einiger Spezialit\u00e4ten zuschauen! Eine coole Erfahrung! Wenn ihr auch mal nach Lima reisen solltet, m\u00fcsst ihr unbedingt auch so eine Tour buchen &#8211; es lohnt sich! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Die peruanische K\u00fcche ist keine homogene Nationalk\u00fcche. Vielmehr ist sie das Resultat aus dem Einfluss diverser Kulturen, darunter die spanische, italienische, chinesische und englische K\u00fcche. Die Basis jedoch bildet die traditionelle K\u00fcche der alten Inka. Also ein kunterbunter Mix! Heute z\u00e4hlen Ceviche (roher Fisch serviert mit einer So\u00dfe aus Limette und diversen Gew\u00fcrzen, wie Chilli und Koriander) und gebratenes Meerschweinchen zu den ber\u00fchmtesten Hauptgerichten. Entlang der turbulenten Hauptstra\u00dfen dauerte es 45min bis wir im historischen Stadtkern ankamen. Lima ist echt gro\u00df! Bereits als wir nach Mira Flores liefen, brauchten wir knapp 2 Stunden zu Fu\u00df. Doch die Spazierg\u00e4nge waren sehr sch\u00f6n und abwechslungsreich. Lima hat so viele tolle Parks, wo Leute Ball spielen, tanzen, entspannen oder mit ihren Hunden spazieren gehen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Altstadt angekommen, machten wir einen Abstecher nach China Town &#8211; das gr\u00f6\u00dfte China Town S\u00fcdamerikas. Dort genossen wir auch ein leckeres Mittag. Danach schauten wir uns noch den Plaza de Armas an, die vielen sch\u00f6nen Fassaden, welche den Platz umringten, die Kathedrale, den Regierungspalast und den Palast des Erzbischofs. Die Altstadt wurde zum Weltkulturerbe ernannt und zeigt wunderbar das Zusammenleben von Vergangenheit &amp; Gegenwart.<\/p>\n<p>Fun Fakt: Alle Parkanlagen im Lima werden mit Z\u00e4unen abgesperrt. Es gibt auch Tore, doch diese sind Tag und Nacht verschlossen.
