Wir h\u00fcpften in den See, genossen die Sonne, spielten Karten und beobachteten die Milchstra\u00dfe beim Lagerfeuer. Das tat gut! September \u00fcberquerten wir die Grenze zu unserer letzten Provinz in Kanada. Willkommen in <em>British Columbia<\/em>, neun Stunden Zeitverschiebung nach Deutschland!<\/p>\n<p>Wir besuchten direkt hinter der Grenze den <em>Yoho National Park<\/em>, welcher sich ebenfalls in den <em>Rocky Mountains<\/em> befindet. Am ersten Tag w\u00e4rmten wir uns mit einer 10km Wanderung schonmal auf &#8211; es ging hinauf auf einen Aussichtspunkt, von wo aus man den Highway 1, die Rockies und einen t\u00fcrkis blauen See bewundern konnte. Um genau zu sein, haben wir sogar mehr Strecke zur\u00fcckgelegt, als bei einem Halbmarathon&#8230; Am Ende des Tages waren es 25 Kilometer entlang des <em>Little Yoho Trails<\/em>, darunter viiiiiiele H\u00f6henmeter! Kurz bevor wir am Auto ankamen, bekamen wir noch ein unbenutztes B\u00e4renspray von zwei US-Amerikanern geschenkt, die wir bei unserer heutigen Wanderung schon einmal trafen. Sie fliegen bald nach Hause und ben\u00f6tigen es nun nicht mehr. Auch dieser Campingplatz verf\u00fcgte wieder \u00fcber keine Dusche. Es gab lediglich ein Waschbecken und so begann die n\u00e4chste witzige Duschgeschichte! \ud83d\ude00 Denn ihr wisst ja, schwitzig in die Schlafs\u00e4cke ist ein absolutes NO GO! Wir f\u00fcllten unseren Eimer mit dem kalten Wasser aus dem Abwaschbecken, versteckten uns hinter ein paar B\u00e4umen und dann haben wir uns gegenseitig den Eimer \u00fcber den Kopf gekippt. Hat besser geklappt, als erwartet und danach dufteten wir wieder ganz passabel!
